No job is too small or too odd.  We recognize our customers need help around the home with all sorts of things. We are here to help. Whether it's a honey do list or just some simple repair, we can handle all your improvements needs.

Here is what to expect when calling us.  First we will return your call or email to set up a time to view your project.  Sometimes just a phone call is all we need to estimate time and materials.  If a site visit is needed, we will come out to your home or business when it is most convenient for you.  Once we have evaluated your needs, we will then email you a written proposal which will include an estimate on the time and materials needed to complete your project.  Should you decide to give us your business, we will then set up a start date.  It's that easy.  No contracts,  no up front deposits unless special order materials are needed for your project.  When we arrive to work on your project, our technician will go over the scope of work to be completed as well as explain our invoicing process.  We ask for you to sign our agreement that accepts our terms as well as the time of the technicians arrival.  From there, the technician will set up the site with the proper tools and materials and install equipment to keep the project as clean and safe as possible.  At the end of the day, the technician will pack up, clean up, and sign out with you.  If you are not home, we will text or email you the start and end time each day.  Most of our services can be addressed by all our technicians although some project may require more specialized tradesman.  Below are our rates for each of our skilled technicians.

 

Carpenter - $100 per hour per technician this tradesman covers most of our home services including light electrical and plumbing

Laborer - $60 per hour per technician

Plumber - $250 per hour per technician

Electrician - $200 per hour per technician

Painter - $65 per hour per technician

                                                               A 2 HOUR MINIMUM IS REQUIRED FOR ALL SERVICES

OTHER CHARGES

 

​Administrative or Drafting - ​If a permit is required by the town or city, we can provide this service for a customer at $75 per hour plus any applicable fees.  This process can be time consuming and can bring a project over budget and is why we encourage customers to obtain their own permits and schedule inspections when required.

Debris disposal - $50 per 30 gal. barrel or bag. For larger projects, an on site roll off container may be required. (rates vary)

Materials - to cover costs of pick up or delivery we add 15% to all material costs.  In most cases this is less than what a customer will pay on their own as we buy most of our materials at a wholesale discount.

Travel - ​on projects outside our normal service area, we charge a one time trip charge of $100.  If a single project requires multiple days, only a single trip charge will be accessed. Typically this is anything more than 30 minutes travel from Plaistow NH 03865.

 

Larger projects which may take multiple days or even weeks may require a budget to be set.  We can help you come up with a budget that works for you and your project.

 

All labor hours are calculated in 15 minute intervals and include for time to set up and break down for the project, consulting with the customer and preparation of any work related documentation.  Customers will be provided an invoice at the end of each work day and payment is due on receipt.  If a customer is not available at the end of that day, payment arrangements must be made in advance and may require advanced credit card authorization.
